Supreme Educational Development & Charitable Organization (SEDCO), a non-profit making charitable Trust was established in the year 2005 with one of the prime objectives to promote education and learning in all its aspects or branches of education, and to undertake the noble venture of rendering service to the society through establishment of Technological and Professional Institutions of high standard and also to produce professionals of the highest quality who will be able to cope up with the dynamic challenges of ever evolving Industrial needs of country and the global village. The registered office of the trust is at Super Market, Railway Station Road, Chinsurah Railway Station, Hooghly, West Bengal.

The Members of the Trust are Mr Bijay Guha Mallick (Chairman Managing Trustee), Mr Dilip Kumar Mondal (Secretary cum CEO), Mrs Ratna Guha Mallick (Trustee) and Mr Krishna Chandra Mondal (Trustee)
